Our House!

The offer was accepted and the house is now in escrow! We are super excited!!

So if all goes well from here on out, we should be able to move in in about 30 days and that will be that! Our address is 1944 Stagecoach, Tulare, CA 93274.

Here are the specs:
It has three bedrooms, two baths with approx. 1555 sqft. It has an open floor plan with a living room with fireplace, laminate wood flooring, two-tone paint, the kitchen has granite counters with stainless appliances, dining area, custom master bath with walk-in closet, inside laundry, covered patio, 2 car garage, central heat and air, and oh, did I mention that it is BRAND NEW. It has never been lived in and is on a cult-a-sac in a beautiful new, up and coming neighborhood.

We are also about a half a mile from Grandma and Grandpa Wildebaur. Plus we can finally get a dog! Woot!

So there you go gang, big news!

The Offer

On Saturday we put an offer down for this house!!! Take a look at some of the pics! Only time will tell if we get it or not!!

New House??

Is this the house???? Ignore the cloudy day in the picture, according to Courtney this is THE house... we shall see, only time with tell!!

Congratulations to the new OB Nurse at Tulare District Hospital!

Today Courtney was offered a position at Tulare DH and she will be starting there the first of June!

Now on to buying a house!!!

Possibly a house???

Hey All,

If Courtney gets a job offer tomorrow and we are praying that she does (and she has a pretty good chance), the we are planning to buy a house. If she gets the job then we are pre-approved for a $300,000 loan. She is going to go on a tour of the house below and if she likes it then we are going to put an offer in on it. It is brand new, built in 2007 and never lived in, and started at $299,999 but has been reduced due to the poor housing market in Tulare all the way down to $230,000!!! It is 1860 sqft on a 7,000 sqft lot. So, we shall see about tomorrow!
