The Fourth and other randomness...

Hey gang, I know that you all have probably fallen off your chairs by the fact that I am writing in such quick succession. I just wanted to upload some pictures of our fourth of July fun as well as some fun pics for the sake of fun pics. On the fourth Courtney had to work so we spent the day with the Wildebaurs and had a picnic. We then came back to our cul-de-sac to share the fireworks with our neighbors. Below you will see all the pics. Maddie was not overly comfortable with all of the noise.

Week with Nana

A few weeks back Nana came to town!! Maddie was soooo excited and still talks about it! She had so much fun and Nana had fun reconnecting with her and getting to know "Baby Eva". There was much going to the park, making fun food creations, presents were given, the slide was slid, books were read, and swimming class was a lot more fun! Overall we had a complete blast! Thank you for visiting Nana, we are looking forward to seeing you again real soon!

The Coast, not the beach

During Nana's visit we decided to go to the coast. If you know anything about central and northern Cali, you will know that we travel to the coast... not the beach. The coast is stinking cold, the beach is nice and warm and you boogey board there. We went to the coast.

We decided to go to Morro Bay, which is an awesome little coastal town with cute shops, nice restaurants, and plenty of cold water and cold temperatures. We shopped, smelled the flowers, ate some good food, and saw some harbor seals and sea lions. What a fun trip... other than both girls getting irritated due to the three hour car ride.
